Due to the growth and success of the business, we are looking to recruit passionate and service driven Account Manager to add to our growing team.
The Job:
* Conducting outbound Business2Business sales calls
* Managing existing customers to maximise the value of each account
* Providing consistently excellent customer‑service
* Keeping accounts in balance to ensure lead provision
* Understanding customer’s needs and able to retain customers
* Being accountable for hitting monthly sales KPIs & call volumes
* Obtaining new customer reviews
* Making effective notes on the company’s CRM system
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
* Being involved in a range of marketing campaigns from start to completion.
The hours are Full Time, Monday to Friday, regular business hours. No weekends or evenings.
You will work within a small but highly motivated team in a busy but fun environment. We are a small internet-based business so you will not simply be a “number” in a large organisation!
You will have a dedicated manager who will provide regular feedback, both informal and formal so you are constantly on track and understand what is expected of you.
