About the Role We’re recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to support recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration within a busy office-based environment. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of two days per week required in the office. The role suits someone who enjoys working with detail, supporting hiring activity and keeping HR processes running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support * Posting job adverts and coordinating interview schedules * Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process * Maintaining accurate candidate records within an ATS * Preparing offer letters, contracts and pre-employment documentation * Supporting hiring managers with recruitment administration Onboarding Administration * Coordinating onboarding paperwork and processes for new starters * Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time * Supporting new starters through their onboarding period HR Administration * Maintaining employee records within the HR system * Supporting general HR administration including document management, data entry and compliance checks * Assisting with HR reporting and tracking key information * Supporting employee-related matters through note-taking and meeting coordination About You * ...
