Conveyancing Assistant/PA required for busy high street solicitors practice based in Worthing.
You will be joining a team of 7 staff supporting 2 Residential Conveyancing lawyers with their existing caseloads which includes residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownerships, auction sales and lease renewals.
The successful individual will be either an experienced Legal Secretary/PA with strong property knowledge/experience, you will be taking new client instructions (including ID verification, AML checks, and source of funds), chasing enquiries, liaising with clients/estate agents/solicitors etc., drafting and preparing standard letters, contracts, completion statements, SDLT returns, AP1s), ordering office copies and searches and drafting and submitting Land Registry applications.
Individuals must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
Working hours Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
