Nicholas Howard are delighted to be recruiting for a leading engineering firm who are looking to bring in a part-time facilities coordinator to help with the ongoing facilities management of the site. The expectation is for 2 days of time p/week / 15hours, to be split over 2 full days or 3 reduced days. The project will be an initial 3-6months, with a view to then extending this on indefinitely. The site spans a variety of uses from typical office space, to sales and demonstration suites, so would be ideally suited to a candidate who has has some good exposure to a variety of FM tasks. This will cover both planned and reactive maintenance, coordination of a range of suppliers and services to the site, completion of RAMS and COSHH data, among various other typical responsibilities across building management and maintenance. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, comfortable working confidently with both internal and external teams.
