The Role As a Golden Experience Host, youll be the dedicated point of contact for premium guests, guiding them through their visit with warmth, confidence, and care. Youll be their storyteller, organiser, and friendly face, helping families move seamlessly through the experience while adding subtle moments of magic that will stay with them long after they leave. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming families with genuine warmth and professionalism Escorting them through a 4.5-hour immersive journey across a woodland world Anticipating needs and providing thoughtful touches throughout the visit Liaising discreetly with other departments to pass on key guest details Ensuring guests receive the highest level of care and attention, especially high-profile visitors Maintaining a polished, calm, and proactive presence in a fast-moving environment Who Were Looking For You might come from a luxury hospitality background, be a seasoned event host, a performer, or simply someone who brings grace and joy to those around them.
