Job description

Role title: Senior EUC Engineer

TPR grade & pay group: Grade 8 & Digital

Directorate: Digital, Data & Technology

Starting salary: Salary starting from £47,040 per annum dependent on skills and experience, plus excellent benefits package, and flexible working arrangements

Contract type: Permanent

Location: Brighton: Hybrid (6 days per month in the office)

The role and responsibilities

As part of this team the Senior EUC Engineer will maintain and develop the EUC support function

The Senior EUC Engineer will be implementing planned project work, packaging, deploying software, patching applications, and providing dedicated 2nd & 3rd line technical support to 1100+ colleagues.

Primary focus areas will include:

Windows 11 operating system and Microsoft 365 suite - including installation, patching and feature updates as well as auto-pilot enrolment

Packaging, installation, management and patching of other business applications via Intune

Management of the EUC estate using Intune (laptops and corporate mobile phones)

The team

Our Digital, Data and Technology department is driving transformation at TPR to deliver positive outcome for savers across the UK. We're building a series of value stream-aligned Service Teams and supporting Platform Teams to deliver external and internal services. These Teams will work in a User Centred, Agile way to deliver better services, that are put into the hands of our users as soon as possible, while securing the sensitive data and maintaining stable services; this will be done by long-lived, happy teams.
