Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor

Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work.
* Manage student behavior and maintain a safe, orderly classroom environment.
* Provide support to individual students where necessary.
* Uphold a high standard of safeguarding and student welfare at all times.
* Assist with other duties as required, such as exam invigilation or supporting school events.
About You / Qualifications
* A strong commitment to education and student development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Previous experience working with young people (experience in an educational setting is desirable).
* A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics; further qualifications in education or a related field are a plus.
