About The Role: The main purpose of the Aircraft Detailer / Hangar Assistant role is the cleaning of customers aircraft externally and internally to the highest standard possible in an efficient and timely manner. Support of Engineering Department / Operations Department as directed by the Hangar Superintendent and/ or Engineering Manager. General cleaning duties within the facilities and Stores duties as directed. Primary Duties: Maintaining the appearance of all cabin interiors and Aircraft exteriors to the highest possible standard in line with maintenance requirements as laid down by customer cleaning checklists. Ensure any cleaning requirements are detailed in the shift hand over book and any cleaning in progress outstanding at the end of the shift is correctly itemised and brought to the attention of the next shift.
