To deliver high-quality football coaching sessions within the Exeter City Community Trust’s Girls Pathway, supporting the development of female players at various age groups. The role involves creating a positive and inclusive environment where all participants can grow their skills, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging football coaching sessions for girls across the pathway, aligned with the Trust’s player development philosophy. Create a supportive and safe environment that encourages participation and progression. Work collaboratively with the Girls' Football Development Lead to monitor player development and progression opportunities. Assist in identifying and developing talented players and recommend potential progression into the ECWFC first team or further playing opportunities. Support the delivery of matchdays, tournaments, and other events connected to the Girls Pathway (Which take place in School Holidays) Act as a role model, promoting positive values and safeguarding best practices in all sessions. Attend relevant training, CPD opportunities, and staff meetings to stay up to date with coaching methods and club philosophy. About The Candidate Requirements: Candidates must hold a UEFA C Licence or higher. Applicants working towards a UEFA C Licence will also be considered. In addition, candidates must have: FA First Aid Level 1 certification FA Safeguarding Children qualification A DBS check will be provided by City Community Trust for successful applicants.
