Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE +
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
6. Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations
7. Supervise, support, and motivate a small team to meet targets and maintain high standards
8. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
9. Manage Goods In – receiving, checking, and storing stock correctly
10. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
11. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks
12. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations
13. Provide hands-on support where needed, including occasional local deliveries (valid UK driving licence required)
The ideal candidate will:
14. Have proven experience in a warehouse or supervisory role
15. Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
16. Be a confident communicator with a proactive mindset
17. Stay calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines
18. Be IT literate and comfortable with warehouse systems/processes
19. Hold a full UK driving licence (essential for occasional deliveries)
