Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a background in energy trading and ETRM systems like Endur? To streamline deal lifecycles, optimise post-trade processing, and enable scalability across European markets and globally, you will play a key role in realising hundreds of millions in long-term business value.
Translate complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyse existing data flows, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Document traceable business requirements across the full project lifecycle.
Define and coordinate UAT, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.
Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement, and Agile ceremonies.
Prepare business cases and contribute to prioritisation and benefits realisation.
4–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within technology or energy trading environments.
~ Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
~ Familiarity with systems/data modelling and engineering concepts.
~ Agile or SAFe qualifications
