Role: Account Director
Location: Remote + UK, London with 2-3 days a week in Slough
Role Mission
Are you looking for an opportunity to innovate with brands, involving the development of strategy, creative concepts, content and campaign implementation? This role is underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.
The Account Director is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our team to drive a project from brief to delivery. They should have a good understanding of digital disciplines and be confident working in agency teams. The process is key: creative freedom must be balanced with a framework to allow it to thrive. A proven track record of producing multiple complex projects is expected, with meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of project profitability. Prior experience in day-to-day running of multiple prestigious projects is valued. This role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills.
This role is right for you if you can demonstrate strong capabilities in managing digital and integrated campaigns, especially on social platforms, and are comfortable leveraging video and photography producers as part of a holistic campaign approach.
Responsibilities
* Client Relationship
o Collaborate with the client and be responsible for Brand Guardianship to ensure the client experience is positive.
o Act as the trusted advisor on the account and own the execution of projects, maintaining client satisfaction throughout.
o Anticipate and manage issues by staying in close contact with the client and understanding their needs.
* Project Set Up
o Take overall ownership of integrated creative projects from brief to fulfillment.
o Collaborate with strategy and account teams to prepare social strategy and milestones.
o Liaise with clients to determine campaign scope and produce estimates and schedules.
o Identify, exploit and manage ad hoc opportunities; work with account teams to create timing plans and estimates within the internal Traffic system.
o Estimate complex, cross-platform social projects and take overall financial control, including profitability, forecasting accuracy, fee negotiation, and regular management reporting.
* Project Delivery
o Schedule projects with internal resources and source external resources when necessary.
o Ensure projects follow agency processes and are completed on time and on budget.
o Collaborate with Digital, TV and Print Producers to unify skills for integrated campaigns.
o Motivate and manage teams under tight deadlines and educate internal stakeholders on production processes as needed.
o Drive efficiency and creative excellence at all times.
* Reporting
o Understand and manage operational income for projects in a timely and accurate manner; escalate invoicing or estimate queries as needed.
About The Team
Working in partnership with our clients marketing Durex team, our eight-person team collaborates across strategy (social & content), creative, editorial & publishing, content production & post-production, data & analytics, community management, and online content management.
What You Will Be Doing In Your Role
Client Relationship
