An opportunity has arisen for a District Nurse with the specialist practitioner qualification to join the Community District Nursing team in South Hambleton & North Ryedale.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, innovative and committed District Nurse with experience of caseload management and multidisciplinary working, together with excellent communication skills, resilience and great leadership skills.
Main duties of the job
You will have the ability to motivate and support others through change in order to enable us to maintain the delivery of high quality, compassionate, proactive and safe care.
The ability to transport yourself and equipment across the locality during the course of a normal working day is required for this vacancy.
