Your new role
1. Manage a designated patch of properties, acting as the main point of contact for tenants
2. Support tenancy sustainment, including rent management and welfare advice
3. Respond to reports of anti-social behaviour and liaise with external agencies
4. Conduct estate inspections and ensuremunal areas are well maintained
5. Promote tenant engagement and supportmunity development initiatives
6. Ensurepliance with housing legislation and internal policies
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience in housing management or a similar customer-facing role
8. Strongmunication and problem-solving skills
9. Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
10. Knowledge of housing legislation and tenancy management
11. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What you'll get in return
12. £ per hour (PAYE)
13. 3-month contract initially
