You will act as an Executive Assistant to the 3 Directors in the RMS Leadership Team, as well as working with the Equity Partners, supporting them in the execution of critical plans for post-transition deliverables and success. This role is offered on a part-time basis of 4 days a week.
You will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and organisational continuity, helping the RMS function embed successfully and deliver lasting value across the organisation.
Your Role
Executive Assistant to the Directors in RMS Leadership Team and support to Equity Partners for post-transition deliverables. Partner with senior leaders to ensure timely execution of key plans.
Key Responsibilities
 * Coordinate leadership team milestones, support leadership meetings and reporting to ensure effective communication, information flow and adherence to deadlines.
 * Improve quality and consistency of communications across RMS leadership teams.
 * Enhance productivity through effective planning and prioritisation support for the Directors.
 * Support Directors with key initiatives including operational updates, change programmes and staff engagement.
 * Coordinate multiple complex inboxes and schedules, prioritising based on the firm and individuals’ needs.
 * Exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information.
 * Act as trusted gatekeeper, anticipate challenges and raise issues before escalation.
 * Apply understanding of operational and firm structures to enable prioritisation.
 * Support on legal document production and amendments (letters, presentations, etc.) with attention to detail and house style.
 * Manage travel itineraries and expenses (trains, flights, accommodation).
 * Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare papers/agendas, attend meetings and take minutes where needed.
 * Undertake additional responsibilities on key operational activities to meet business requirements as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
The role requires a highly self-motivated, dedicated and forward-thinking person with excellent commercial awareness and communication skills. The following are required or highly desirable:
 * Experience in PA roles, managing multiple senior stakeholders, complex and confidential diaries and emails.
 * Experience managing demanding schedules and supporting multi-team projects with strict deadlines.
 * Previous experience supporting change programmes is highly desirable.
 * Experience in a legal environment would be beneficial though not essential.
 * Excellent time management and attention to detail.
 * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
 * Confident self-starter, able to take ownership, work proactively, think ahead and multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
 * Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
 * Diplomatic management of high-level stakeholders and handling confidential information with discretion.
 * Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and document management systems is beneficial.
 * Project management software experience is desirable but not essential.
