The Role
As the Support Analyst, youll be the frontline of IT, but this isnt a typical service desk role. Youll manage the full lifecycle of incidents, problems, service requests, and change controls in an ITIL-aligned environment.
Youll support internal teams and external clients, working closely with users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure issues are tackled swiftly and effectively.
Expect to be:
