The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing commercial team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the commercial success of major projects while protecting the company’s commercial position throughout project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage subcontract accounts and support commercial negotiations
• Prepare applications, valuations, reports, and commercial documentation
• Review incoming accounts and commercial correspondence
• Support project delivery teams with commercial and contractual matters
• Contribute to continuous improvement and commercial best practice
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
What You Bring
• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract administration
• Experience managing subcontractor accounts and project reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within project and commercial teams
• Bonus: Experience working under NEC contracts or on major infrastructure projects
