About Russett School
At Russett School, we prepare learners for life by prioritizing skills to reach their full potential. Our specialist curriculum emphasizes communication and life skills, providing enriching and safe environments that promote independence and well-being for a happy future.
We cater to pupils aged 2 to 19 with Severe Learning Difficulty (SLD) and/or Complex Learning Needs. Our bespoke curriculum is designed specifically for learners with SLD, including those with additional needs like communication and interaction challenges. Classes are small, with around 11 pupils, supported by a team of 4 adults.

Additional Details
Salary: £18,685 - £19,280 (Pay Award Pending)
Hours: 32.5 hours, Term time only plus 5 inset days, working 39 weeks/year
