£25,390.80 per annum/ £12.21 per hour, 40 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday) We are looking for a Meetings & Events Sales Agent to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in managing event bookings, maximising revenue, and providing outstanding guest service. You will often be the first point of contact with our guests - taking them from first enquiry through to contracting. You will need to be comfortable engaging with guests on the phone, via email and face to face in the hotel. We offer Meeting and Events in all shapes and sizes - from 2 to 100 guests, business meetings through to weddings and private events. This is role is predominatley office based in the hotel, working Monday to Friday, mainly dealing with direct enquires although in time there will be the option to expand into direct sales calls as the business needs.
