Service Desk Analyst
The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced
Service Desk Analyst
with a strong track record of supporting ICT operations in a customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellent IT support, driving efficiency, and making a real impact in how colleagues and stakeholders use technology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling and resolving service desk requests, ensuring issues are logged and tracked effectively.
* Collaborating with third-party suppliers to deliver technical support solutions.
* Supporting the security, scalability, and performance of IT systems.
* Providing
1st & 2nd Line support
for corporate devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
* Assisting colleagues with system usage and resolving technical issues.
* Maintaining accurate records of IT assets and contracts.
* Building knowledge in tools such as
Autopilot
and
Mobile Device Management
platforms.
* Continuously developing your technical skills to support systems and infrastructure.

* Proven experience in a
Service Desk or ICT support role

* Self-aware, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
* A full driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites when required.
