Personal Assistant to Managing Director / Manchester / Up to £40,000 per annum D.O.E.
Are you an experienced and highly organised professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Manchester.
The Personal Assistant Role:
You will be an indispensable part of our team, providing comprehensive administrative and project-based support directly to our Managing Director. Your ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks will be crucial to your success. This role requires flexibility to accommodate different time zones, including the USA and Europe, to align with the Managing Director's activities.
Key tasks of the Personal Assistant include:
* Managing the MD's workflow by researching, prioritising, and following up on key tasks and action points.
* Creating professional presentations and reports based on the MD's requests.
* Conducting research and staying up to date on policies relevant to the business.
* Providing project management and administrative support across various departments.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and organisational skills. You thrive under pressure, are comfortable working to deadlines, and can manage your workload independently when needed.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, with either a degree or extensive experience within an industry.
* The ability to deliver excellent service and work well with people.
* Strong IT skills are essential, with a knowledge of Google Suite being a distinct advantage.
* A background in the elevator industry is a significant plus, as it will provide a distinct advantage in understanding our business and its needs.
