An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced NPI / Project Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business investing heavily in new products, processes, and site development.
This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys taking projects from concept through to production, working across multiple departments to deliver real change.
The Role As an NPI / Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering new product introductions and supporting site-wide engineering projects.
Youll work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: Managing new product introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch
Supporting process development and improvement activities
Coordinating installation, commissioning, and validation of equipment
Working with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and supply chain
Supporting capital projects and site improvements
Creating and maintaining project documentation, timelines, and reports
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
About You We are looking for a proactive and organised engineer who enjoys delivering projects and working across multiple areas of a manufacturing business.
Key Requirements: Experience in a Project Engineer, NPI Engineer, or Process Engineer role within manufacturing
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
Experience managing projects from concept through to completion
Knowledge of installation, commissioning, and validation activities
Strong communication and organisational skills
A hands-on, problem-solving approach
