Cobalt are working with a leading property brand as they look to appoint an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the management of a diverse portfolio across Essex, the surrounding counties, and East London.
This is a brand-new position, ideal for someone looking to step up, broaden their exposure, and build a long-term career within a vibrant, people-focused property business known for investing in its teams.
The Role
You'll be supporting the day-to-day operations of a mixed commercial portfolio, working closely with a Senior FM to ensure sites are safe, compliant, and running smoothly. No two days will be the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience across both hard and soft services.
There will be regular travel across the region, so this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being out on site.
