We are seeking an experienced and motivated Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our Children's Occupational Therapy Service, supporting children and young people with physical disabilities (0-19 years) – the role will be based in the East Riding of Yorkshire and the successful applicant will also cover the Humber geographical area of the service dependent on service need.
This is a key role focused on delivering high-quality, specialist care while also providing clinical supervision and specialist Occupational Therapy advice across multiple settings—including homes, clinics, and schools. Based primarily in the East Riding, the post holder will also contribute to service-wide development, working within the Occupational Therapy team and with Clinical Lead and Principal Occupational Therapist, and the wider leadership team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver specialist clinical care to children and young people with complex physical needs.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of high standards of care and service delivery across the wider service.
Support and mentor junior staff and students, providing clinical supervision and promoting best practice.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and innovation.
Collaborate with colleagues, families, and partner agencies to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to care.
Demonstrate and maintain up-to-date Occupational Therapy knowledge and skills.
