Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer - Domestic to support a range of residential properties across London. The Electrical Engineer - Domestic will:
* Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
* Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and system upgrades.
* Work in full compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant electrical safety standards.
* Provide a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
* Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for all completed work.
* Ensure safe working practices and adherence to health & safety procedures at all times.
The Electrical Engineer - Domestic will have:
* City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
* Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing, preferably within social housing.
* AM2 qualification.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
* A professional, reliable approach with strong fault‑finding and customer‑service skills.
