What would I be responsible for?
* Work with your team to provide excellent customer service, creating positive experiences and enhancing our reputation.
* Build strong relationships with customers by keeping them informed via phone and email.
* Have honest and empathetic conversations, even when delivering tough messages.
* Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Protect the business by identifying and addressing fraud.
* Follow legal, industry, and quality standards.
* Take on additional tasks as needed based on your skills and experience.

What’s on offer?
* 36.25 working hours per week with flexitime
* Our shifts vary between Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM, with one Saturday shift per month from 9 AM – 1 PM.
