Our innovative and people-focused client, a leading global Supply Chain Logistics company, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing team in Northampton. You will play a critical role in driving data-led decisions and supply chain improvements across the business.
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be a key player in their continuous improvement journey, turning data into actionable insights to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Your duties as a Supply Chain Analyst will include but are not limited to:
* Delivering data-driven analysis to support decision-making.
* Producing performance dashboards, trend reports and KPI updates.
* Identifying bottlenecks and areas for operational improvements.
* Researching and evaluating vendors and supply chain partners.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to implement change and monitor results.
* Staying ahead of industry trends to remain competitive.
To be a successful Supply Chain Analyst you must have:
* A proven background in supply chain analysis or logistics.
* Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, SAP, or similar tools.
* Analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to tell a compelling story with data.
* Strong communication skills, confident working with all levels of the business.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
