Job Description
3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the patent consulting space.
6. Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to ensure optimal performance.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
8. Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
9. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
10. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VP - Enterprise Sales should have:
11. Atleast 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales in the consulting industry
12. A proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the professional services industry
13. Experience of managing sales budgets to the tune of ~$15M.
14. Strong knowledge of the consultancy sector and its market dynamics.
15. Exceptional leadership and team management skills - should have managed teams of atleast 30 people.
16. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
17. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
18. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
19. A relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
