Salary: £32,000 - £34,440 (depending on experience)

They are currently looking for an experienced Roofer to join their Property Team in the Southampton area. This is a mobile role, and you'll be provided with a company van and fuel card for business use, ensuring you're never out of pocket.

The role
As a Roofer, you'll be responsible for carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance to our client's housing stock and other properties as required. You'll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Completing repairs to pitched roofing systems
* Installing and repairing lead valleys, flashings, and box gutters
* Carrying out full roof covering renewals
* Installing and replacing guttering systems
* Working safely at height and maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards
About you
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Roofing OR a minimum of 5 years' trade experience
* Experience working in occupied properties with excellent customer service skills
* Strong awareness of health and safety best practices
* Confident using mobile technology (iPad or PDA)
* Team player with a proactive attitude
* Full UK driving licence
