Overview
Production Team Leader – Location: Tewkesbury. Hours: 37.5 per week (5 days over 7 shift pattern). Pay Rate: £14.54 per hour.
Workforce Staffing is recruiting for an established client in Tewkesbury. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to join their busy production site.
Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating a team of Production Operatives
* Training and supporting staff to ensure high line efficiency
* Ensuring production records are completed accurately
* Reporting any quality, maintenance, or production issues promptly
* Maintaining hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety standards
* Supporting the leadership team to deliver high-quality products
* Being flexible to cover shifts and meet business needs
About you
* Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a busy environment
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
* Good attention to detail and highly motivated
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
* (Desirable) Experience in food production, HACCP, KPIs, or similar manufacturing environments
