Aibidia is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our events strategy. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in building brand visibility, engaging stakeholders, and delivering memorable experiences that align with our mission of driving innovation in Transfer Pricing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Industry Event Coordination: Manage presence at major industry events, including sponsorships, attendee engagement, branding, and logistics. Design booth materials, coordinate shipping, and be the main contact for external stakeholders.
2. Roadshow Planning and Execution: Plan and execute roadshow events with partners, securing venues, defining agendas, and coordinating logistics, content, and promotion.
3. Smaller Roundtable Events: Collaborate with account executives and product teams to organize targeted smaller events, managing venues, attendee outreach, and content.
4. Digital Event Coordination: Schedule and coordinate digital events using Livestorm, focusing on thought leadership and product showcases.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Support speaker prep, liaise with sales and customer success teams, and partner with marketing for promotion and lead tracking.
6. Event Promotion and Engagement: Lead communication campaigns, manage branded merchandise, and handle RSVP tracking.
7. On-Site and Virtual Event Execution: Travel across Europe as needed to oversee event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
8. Event Analysis & Reporting: Conduct post-event reviews, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
9. Innovation: Propose new ideas to enhance attendee experience and engagement.
10. Budget Management: Monitor and maintain the events budget.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
* Multiple years of experience in event design, coordination, and execution in a B2B environment, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration and high-quality experiences.
* Proven experience managing event logistics, including AV, shipping, and venue coordination across Europe.
* Experience representing brands at large industry events with sponsorships.
* Strong internal stakeholder management skills.
* Experience designing and executing smaller, company-owned events in collaboration with sales and product teams.
* Experience running digital webinars, such as fireside chats and product demos.
* Ability to analyze event performance and translate KPIs into business outcomes.
