Who we are:
We are Vetrica – a well established, independently owned veterinary practice based in Rosyth. We have recently expanded to create additional consultation rooms and theatres and we are proud to provide gold standard patient care and an exceptional client experience.
Overview:
Due to restructure, we are seeking a dedicated part time Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner
* Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the practice's in-house diary
* Check-in patients, verify information, and update records accurately
* Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed
* Process payments, handle invoices and maintain financial records
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Skills:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills (essential)
* Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (essential)
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment (essential)
Hours:
Saturdays 8am-12pm (4 hours per week).
