Goldenkeys Recruitment is working with a prestigious luxury country estate hotel looking to appoint aSous Banqueting Chefto support the delivery of elegant weddings, private dining experiences, and exclusive events.
This isnotconference-style volume catering.
Youll be producing Rosette-level, plated dining for 100200+ cover weddings and VIP private functions working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a structured, supportive brigade.
Due to the location of the hotel, you must have your own transport.
What Were Looking For
Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for a step up, someone with 1/ 2 rosette experience
Experience in plated banqueting or high-volume fresh food service
Confident in leading services in a fast-paced kitchen
Passionate about quality, consistency & presentation
A natural team leader who enjoys mentoring junior chefs
Background within a 4 star /5 star hotel or events-led venue would be ideal
