OVERVIEW:
-The locum will handle a caseload of private family law matters, including children's cases, TOLATA disputes, and financial remedy proceedings
-You will conduct client consultations, provide clear and practical legal advice, and manage cases independently with minimal supervision
-Applications are open to qualified solicitors with 8+ years PQE in family law
-The appointed locum will be confident in independently handling both children and financial remedy matters
-Experienced or familiar with TOLATA cases
-The solicitor will offer strong client care and communication skills
-The ideal candidate will be available to commence cover from 2026
-You will receive support from a legal assistant, guidance from a senior solicitor and the family department manager
