Description This role supports Costain for the Reactor Height Reduction Project at Nuclear Restoration Services (NRS) Trawsfynydd Site, based in North Wales. The 3.5 year project will involve the partial demolition of each RB’s, reducing the overall height and reducing the current asset management liability. In addition, an extensive package of civil new build and remedial works will be delivered prolonging the durability of the retained structures. A first of its kind for the Nuclear Sector; this challenging and exciting project which includes a wide supply chain will significantly reduce the uncertainty associated with the current condition of the reactor buildings and lessen the visual impact caused by the Reactor Buildings on the Snowdonia National Park. Responsibilities all onboarding duties including submitting vetting data via Agenda (the Client’s vetting portal). maintaining the training matrix for the Project performing administrative duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently provide support to the senior team and the wider team being a point of contact for all visitors to the Project supporting meetings, events and collating packs as required demonstrating efficient, administrative and business support within the Project ensuring the delivery and execution of the project delivery strategy, together with demonstration of the Costain values in regards to quality, innovation and collaboration. These activities range from being responsible for the coordination of confidential data collection, action, mitigation and improvement plans which involve working and engaging with other teams and supply chain across the project. Vetting – assisting with the BPSS / Share Form process (via the client system) Provide support and guidance for all security related queries/issues in line with client security processes. Notify your Manager immediately of any security related issues/risks Update weekly data relating to supply chain lookaheads. Maintaining the training matrix Performing administrative duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently Provide support to senior team members and the wider team Being the focal point of contact for visitors Supporting meetings, events and collating packs as required Qualifications Microsoft Office Suite Ability to question and challenge Motivated Team Player Flexible Communicating clearly, both written and verbal Demonstrate good customer service behaviours Organised Able to prioritise / good time management English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent (essential) NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (desirable) Secretarial Qualifications (desirable) LI-ES1
