Resourser Purpose of the Role The purpose of this role is to build and develop strong candidate and employee relationships to successfully fulfill vacancies in line with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role will support resourcing activities on national contracts and may require occasional site visits to assist the Contract Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, matching, and placing suitable candidates into vacancies while delivering a high standard of customer service to both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Candidate Management Source, recruit, match, and place candidates into vacancies Promote and market the features and benefits of available job opportunities Screen candidates via telephone and face-to-face interviews Provide candidates with interview guidance and support Conduct candidate inductions where required Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and workers Client & Service Delivery Deliver services in line with agreed SLAs and exceed client expectations Respond to client requirements efficiently, ensuring vacancies are fulfilled on time and within budget Maintain excellent customer service standards for both clients and candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams Understand local labour market conditions and industry trends and communicate potential impacts Recruitment Planning & Administration Assess daily volume requirements, forecasting, and fulfilment needs Assist with recruitment planning and advertising campaigns Produce proposals and recruitment-related documentation Ensure recruitment information and internal systems are fully updated and accurate Deliver administrative support across the business Compliance & Performance Ensure all compliance standards and audit requirements are met Maintain secure and accurate records for compliance purposes Operate within company policies, procedures, and client SLAs Monitor, analyse, and report on KPI performance Identify solutions to address any service shortfalls Ensure all workers operate in line with company procedures and expectations Escalate issues promptly to management when required Key Accountabilities Deliver a first-class recruitment and customer service experience Achieve fulfilment and recruitment targets Meet and exceed KPI expectations Maintain compliance standards Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally Support worker and people management activities Key Relationships Clients and suppliers Contractors and temporary workers Line Manager Internal teams, peers, and colleagues Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience Previous recruitment or resourcing experience with a proven track record Strong communication skills, both telephone-based and face-to-face Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Ability to prioritise workload and react effectively to short-notice changes Proactive and self-motivated attitude Good IT and PC literacy skills Understanding of people management and development Experience working within KPI-driven environments Awareness of compliance procedures and standards Creative problem-solving skills Additional Requirements Industry experience preferred Full UK/EU driving licence essential Access to a vehicle required Willingness to travel depending on business needs Working Hours 30 Hours Per Week at the start (potentially growing into Full time position withing business )
