Job Description
The Social Content Producer will be joining the team on a 6 month FTC basis and will be responsible for ideating, creating, and producing engaging content for Pampers UK Organic TikTok, ensuring our brand voice and visual identity resonate with our audience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, understands platform trends, and knows how to craft content that drives engagement.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute creative content ideas for TikTok, ensuring alignment
with brand character and strategy.
•Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content tailored to TikTok (but
that may be repurposed for Instagram in some instances)
•Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content
fresh and relevant.
•Edit and optimize content for various platforms, including short-form video
editing.
•Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute
always on organic and link in with broader paid campaigns.
•Plan, shoot, and edit social-first video content, ensuring a strong
understanding of best practices and creative codes for TikTok
•Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across
channels.
•Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages,
and trends in real-time. Suggests content executions to help further the
engagement with the community.
•Analyse content performance and adjust strategy based on insights.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in content creation for social media
•Strong understanding of different social platforms with particular exertise on
TikTok.
•Experience with video production, from shooting to editing (Adobe Premiere
Pro, CapCut, or similar).
•A creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
•Strong copywriting skills and the ability to craft engaging, on-brand
captions.
•Passion for digital culture and emerging trends.
•Working on Pampers we are seeking someone with substantial, hands-on
experience caring for and interacting with infants. This could come from a
range of personal or professional contexts such as personal caregiving or
volunteering. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who can
demonstrate meaningful and consistent engagement with babies.
BONUS SKILLS
•Experience in influencer collaborations or UGC content sourcing.
•Understanding of paid social media and how organic content integrates
with ads.
•Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
