Position Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the radiotherapy team at The Royal Free Hospital, London. We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and highly motivated band 6 therapeutic radiographer to join us for 2-2.5 days per week (15-18.75 hours, 0.4-0.5 WTE, dependent on individual requirements).
Patients are at the heart of what we do, so we look for radiographers who can provide excellent care with compassion and respect. All radiographers in bands 5-7 roles have the opportunity to rotate through pre-treatment and treatment.
Department and Equipment
The Royal Free Radiotherapy Department has 2 Varian TrueBeams with Aria, an orthovoltage unit, a Toshiba CT scanner, Pinnacle TPS, VMAT, IGRT, SABR, and respiratory gated/motion-managed radiotherapy. The department is accredited ISO 9001:2015.
