About The Role – SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant
1. Long-term role, until July 2024
2. Full-time, Mon – Fri position
3. £350 – £450 per week (term-time only)
4. Work with Secondary students
5. Support students with special educational needs
6. Prepare learning materials
7. Adapt to different learning needs
8. Look after the students physical, social and emotional welfare
9. Provide a safe and engaging learning environment

Qualifications and Experience – SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant
16. Minimum 2:1 grade (Psychology graduates preferred)
17. Good A Levels
18. Passion for supporting students with SEN
19. Knowledge of SEN
20. Aspirations to become an SEN Teacher, Educational Psychologist, or School Welfare Leader etc
21. Engaging and confident personality
