CLAIMS DATA ANALYSIS SPECIALIST (INSURANCE)
UP TO £75,000

This role is a core role within the company, where you will gain a detailed understanding of the business strategy, process, services, and roadmap of the company. You will be responsible for reviewing information from the business’s processes, identifying financial risks, and creating improvements to the customer experience.

This company is a Top 5 UK pet insurer providing UK and European pet insurance. The company has ambitious growth plans throughout their UK and European partnerships making it an exciting time for the business.
THE ROLE
You will be doing the following daily:
* Gain insight into how the company’s business strategy aligns with claims management and leverage the data for monitoring and enhancing performance.
* Develop comprehensive reports to monitor progression towards set objectives.
* Ensure that reports are effectively understood and utilised by their intended audience, addressing any gaps in adoption through appropriate actions.
* Effectively communicate opportunities and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation with well-reasoned business cases.
* Take ownership of identified opportunities, driving change, evaluating impact, and reporting outcomes.
* Lead initiatives to improve data collection processes, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with colleagues including data developers and engineers to streamline reporting processes.
* Provide support in various areas beyond claims management as needed.
* Act with a focus on delivering positive outcomes for customers, prioritising high standards of customer care, and empowering consumers to make informed decisions in their best interests.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in data process mining.
* Fluent in SQL, Excel, and Power Bi.
* Experience in Python is ideal.
* Experience analysing claims data.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working within an insurance company.
* Strong numerical degree from a Russel Group University.
