In this role, you will split your time between the office and site visits, leading projects from early concept and tender stages through to detailed design and delivery.

* Producing structural design calculations across a range of sectors and materials
* Taking the technical lead on projects and running multiple jobs simultaneously
* Overseeing drafting staff and coordinating the preparation of drawings and tender packages
* Carrying out structural inspections, report writing and house surveys
* Liaising with clients, contractors and project teams to support successful delivery
* Supporting and mentoring junior staff within the office
* Exposure to diverse projects including fuel and energy sites, airports, commercial schemes and residential developments The Person:
* Previous experience in a Senior/Principal Structural position
* Strong experience delivering projects across multiple sectors and using all common building materials
* Skilled in structural software packages (e.g., MasterSeries, AutoCAD)
