Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical
Performance & Business Improvement Lead to drive measurable improvements across our organisation. If you thrive on identifying performance gaps, interpreting data, and leading service redesigns that deliver real-world results—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead performance improvement projects from strategy to delivery.
2. Analyse and manage large datasets to uncover trends and performance gaps.
3. Develop actionable insights using tools like
SQL,
Power BI, and
Excel.
4. Deliver tangible service improvements with clear KPIs and measurable oues.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-design and implement change.
6. Produce clear performance reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
7. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Requirements (Essential)
8. A relevant degree or recognised qualification, or equivalent experience.
9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance improvement, ideally in healthcare, or 5 years in a business improvement or transformation role.
10. Proven success in delivering data-driven improvement projects.
11. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook,
Word, and
PowerPoint.
12. Skilled in
SQL,
Power BI, and performance measurement tools.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Experience in service redesign, transformation, and successful change delivery.
15. Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills.
