Implementation Project Manager
The Role
We’re supporting a well-established and growing technology business, and they’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager to take ownership of delivering complex customer projects across software, hardware, integrations, and security requirements. This is a key hire within the business, focused on ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and to a consistently high standard.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects from initiation through to completion
* Create and manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across technical, product, hardware, and third-party stakeholders
* Ensure strong project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout
* Maintain high standards across quality, security, and compliance requirements
* Identify delivery challenges and contribute to improving processes, templates, and playbooks
* Support the ongoing development and scalability of the project delivery function

📦 The Package
* £60,000–£70,000 base salary
* Hybrid working (Luton-based)
