Due to continued growth theyre seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 57 projects simultaneously with values ranging from £100k to £3m.
Projects typically span across education, leisure, commercial, healthcare and local authority framework agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Manage programming for current and future works
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
About You:
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Project Manager role within construction
* Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to managing workloads
* Solid knowledge of construction programming and project planning
* Ambitious and career driven, seeking progression within a modern and fast paced growing business
