Are you an experienced Chef ready to take your culinary skills to the next level? Join the vibrant Butlin's team in Skegness, where we believe that variety is the spice of life! In this exciting role, you’ll lead and develop our talented team in one of our fantastic buffet restaurants.
At Butlin’s, we know that no trip to the seaside is complete without great food. Your contributions will ensure that every guest enjoys a delightful dining experience, every time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section.
* Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
This is a 35-hour role, working on a rota of 5 days over 7, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business and support your team. If you’re over 18 and relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available, subject to a DBS check.
About You

Desired Qualifications:
* Level 3 Food Safety qualification (preferred).
* Confidence in leading a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
