Role: Telesales Executive
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £29,000 base + uncapped commission
OTE: £40,000+ realistic earnings
Type: Permanent, full-time, office-based
Start Date: 3rd November
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:00pm; Fri 8:30am-4:00pm. No weekends.
Responsibilities
* Outbound calls to prospective customers (B2B across UK industries)
* Sell, cross-sell, and upsell company products/services
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Provide excellent customer service
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile / Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Motivated by sales and achieving targets
* Previous outbound telesales experience required
* Resilient, driven, and adaptable
* Works well in a fast-paced sales environment
