Prestigious Doctor-led aesthetic clinic, focused on skin are seeking a Patient Consultant to carry out face-to face client consultations, meeting sales targets of non-surgical treatments through optimising new client sales (consulting) and supporting & managing practitioners throughout the sales process.

Please note the role requires previous experience from a sales-focused aesthetics background with previous experience, ideally in a doctor-led and/or luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking ownership of non-surgical sales, covering conducting client consultations, mentoring team of practitioners to meet sales targets, supporting with development of non-surgical department
To design a personalised treatment program for new clients, focusing on closing the sale during the consultation and ensuring clients are booked in as requested for appointments
Working with team of Aesthetic Therapists to ensure clinic non-surgical sales targets are met, by identifying sales opportunities and closing sales for therapists
Working closely with team of Doctor, maximising patient experience
Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey- from consultation, to appointment booking, treatment and follow up
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Meeting non-surgical sales targets on a monthly basis meeting own consultation targets, and mentoring team of practitioners to achieve theirs
Resolving Client complaints related to non-surgical treatments
Requirements
This role would suit a current non-surgical sales manager/ consultant or sales-driven Senior Aesthetician used to carrying out consultations and meeting ambitious sales targets
aesthetics/non-surgical sales: 5 years minimum
sales management : 5 years minimum
luxury: 2 years minimum
