Job Description
Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding retailer seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager to support the enhancement of their online product offering. This company fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth. Due to ongoing expansion across digital channels, they are looking for someone who can oversee the smooth operation of their ecommerce platforms and help drive continued growth in this key business area.
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, such as PIM, CRM, and ESP, is required.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Act as a conduit between the Digital team, other departments, external agencies, and partners.
2. Ensure the efficient and effective operation of ecommerce platforms.
3. Oversee web development plans, both ad-hoc and aligned with the wider digital strategy.
4. Coordinate and project manage inter-departmental teams to deliver projects on time.
5. Manage software integrations, including PIM workflows, CRM databases, audience segmentation, email automations, loyalty programs, social media integrations, and despatch software.
6. Provide a technical understanding of new and existing software, assessing benefits and fit within company plans.
7. Identify website improvement areas, focusing on UX and CRO techniques, and present financial implications.
8. Produce and present digital trading and performance reports.
9. Offer technical assistance to stores regarding the online ordering system when needed.
We need you to have:
1. Experience in digital technologies, ideally with an ecommerce focus.
2. Knowledge of SaaS platforms, such as PIM, CRM, and ESP.
3. Project management experience with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks efficiently.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. The ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
6. Enthusiasm for digital and fashion industries.
