Based within our Environmental Municipal Civil division, you will take ownership of the day-to-day service function, ensuring our specialist municipal hire fleet remains safe, compliant, and ready for action Coordinate mobile engineers, workshop activity, and third party repairs efficiently Manage service bookings, breakdowns, damage reports, and warranty claims Keep customers updated with clear, timely communication Record costs, updates, and milestones on our maintenance systems Support compliance planning to maximise asset uptime About You You have previous experience in a service control, fleet maintenance, or engineering administration role and understand what it takes to keep operations running smoothly. Calm under pressure and organised by nature, you enjoy being the link between engineers, suppliers, and customers. Proven experience in service or fleet coordination, this is essential Confident using maintenance management or fleet systems Strong scheduling and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers and internal teams Focused on high service standards and asset availability Not sure you tick every box?
