Salary £31,000 + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality care and education, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong EYFS knowledge
* Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting
* Passion for early years education
* Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
